JUST JINJER
Milk & Honies

Despite having spent years in Los Angeles, it’s incredibly sad that the world has yet to get to know South Africa’s biggest selling rock band, Just Jinjer. Their latest release may be their best yet. It’s easy listening rock that’s cleverer than most. It’s catchy in places and always heartfelt.  Politically conscious, they address Zimbabwe’s woes as well as homelessness.  All tracks are good but ‘What He Means’ is the giant of them all.  Milk & Honies is a local release but an international version, simply called Just Jinjer, contains a lot more of their hits from the past.
