Thailand Floods 2011 – Photos & Video

 

287 dead so far and billions in damage. Global warming continues it’s attack. The yearly monsoons that hit Thailand got bigger this year. For the past 3 months, rivers have burst banks and dams have swelled. This weekend is critical to the capital, Bangkok, as water from the north arrives to test the city’s defences. It’s too easy to lose sympathy when the news shouts disaster after disaster but the question is whether you want people to be silent when it happens to you?
