It was fascinating witnessing classic stars returning to the music world, from Whitesnake and Lou Reed to Limp Bizkit and Bush. Although they never made it onto our list, special mention to Mr. Big’s song ‘Undertow’. Dropkick Murphy’s also deserve a shout-out for ‘Going Out in Style’.
Unfortunately, i’ve yet to hear the apparently great releases from Uriah Heep, Wu Lyf, King’s Blues and Duff Mckagan (Guns ‘n Roses).
My lists for Hard Rock, Indie and Metal will apparate later this week so don’t yell at me if you don’t see cool acts such as Cage the Elephant and Mumford & Sons yet.
