Tim Pepper – Hotel EP (review)

TIM PEPPER is in a dark place. It’d be a better world if his guitar and voice saved him…but if it didn’t we’d still have the dark beauty of these songs to touch our flailing hopes, loss of faith and despair.

Whilst holed up in a Holiday Inn Express in Augusta, Georgia, Tim recorded 5 demos and set them free as a free download called Hotel (The Live EP).

Tim has always been a talented songwriter. He packs his music with sincerity and melody. Sometimes they’re uplifting, not fluffy like clouds but more a cool breeze on a summer’s day. Other times, they’re confessional shadows. This time they’re the latter but casting far deeper than before.
